Travis grew up in the beautiful mountain community of Asheville, North Carolina in a family full of business minded professionals. Exposed to the challenges of being an entrepreneur at a young age it was inevitable that he would own his own company. To assist him in establishing a direction, his mother was a Real Estate professional and the experiences he learned from her set the stage for what was to become a lifelong passion.

A natural born leader and motivator, Travis has grown Exit Grand Strand Properties, from just himself to a full service real estate company with 4 (soon to be 5) locations and over 200 agents. The figure grows everyday.

Recruitment and Agent Training are two of Travis’s strong suits. He is still as passionate about Real Estate as he was when he started in the business. He is also Passionate about EXIT. He calls the EXIT concept “The Most Exciting Franchise Concept in Real Estate”. Exit Grand Strand Properties carries on with the EXIT philosophy of training each agent daily. He has put together a team of trainers that share this passion. He also teaches some of the most popular classes in the company.

With everything he does comes his drive and commitment to excellence and the figures substantiate the success. In 2005 total sales were just over $130,000,000 and the goal for 2006 is $180,000,000. This figure will probably exceed $200,000,000.

Anthony is a lifelong resident of Eastern South Carolina and a graduate of The College of Charleston with a BS in Business Administration. His family roots are in farming and development and he has a close bond with the feel for the land in this region.

He joined the Real Estate business back in 1991, having been licensed since 1981, and brought with him a commitment to the land, its people and the southern charm of this area. This allows him to transform the gracious southern hospitality he grew up learning from his mother into the exemplary customer service his clients now come into contact with when working with him.

An astute businessman, Anthony has grown his love of South Carolina into a multi-million dollar venture. His personal sales for the year ending 2005 exceeded 6.9 million dollars. His volume this year already exceeds $8,900,000.
